Years ago, we purchased our first home for Terra View. Our research told us that Terra View Homes was a company with a reputation for building quality homes. Their attention to detail, excellent sales team and numerous models to choose from, gave us confidence that we were purchasing a home from one of the best companies in the area. Terra View provided excellent choice of model homes, answered our numerous questions, and provided support in all aspects of the home purchasing process. As a result, we were comforted and confident that our first home was one that we would enjoy for several worry-free years.
When it came time to sell our first home, we certainly had no problems with resale value. It only took 2 days and our Terra View home was sold to another happy couple. Our Terra View Experience
Where do we start? How about the beginning! We went to the Terra View model home sales pavilion, where we met our sales rep. She bent over backwards to make our new home purchase happen. From helping us pick out our new home to assisting us with the close of our resale home. Then we met with our architect, David, who gave us suggestions and ideas we would have never thought of. Next there was Charlene, what can I say about Charlene? Well, I don't think there is enough paper or time to say. Charlene whom in my case had the patience and expertise that showed her many years of experience as a designer. She went beyond her duties and helped us to select our interior and exterior décor. People, who later visited our home, compared it to a model home. Our site manager Jim, was always available for any questions or concerns, and was quick to rectify any minor problems at every stage of our new home construction. In the end, our home was completed exactly the way we wanted it, perfect!! Everyone at Terra View made our new home purchase such an easy, stress-free, and enjoyable experience, that we wouldn't think twice to purchase another Terra View home.
The attention to quality, workmanship, and customer service, was A+. Not to mention many standard features that other builders charge thousands of dollars extra for. Our family had wanted to upgrade from the house we lived in for 10 years but had never considered a new home unless we could build our custom home, which at the time was unrealistic. I had put the dream of a new home out of my mind until Jim drove down Hammet finding the Terra View model he read about in the paper. He came back immediately to tell me "Lisa you have got to see this house". Not wanting to get my hopes up I reluctantly agreed to look. So then began our journey to the house we love today.
From the professionalism of Sales Rep to the relentless quest for perfection from the skilled tradesmen, building was a joy not a chore. No one needs more stress these days and thanks to Terra View our home is full of pleasant surprises and not devastating disappointments.

I would like to take a moment to express how happy we are with our new home. Chris and I are first time Terra-View Homes buyers. It is hard to believe that something that was a dream a year ago has turned out to be a reality today. Building a new home can be very rewarding, but also extremely challenging.
The first thing that attracted us to a Terra-View Home was the look of the neighbourhood. We loved the way it felt driving down the street as it felt more like a community rather than a group of houses. Beyond that was the opportunity to customize our home to fit our family needs.
The expertise of the Terra-View staff helped us walk through the steps from the beginning, to picking out colours, to the completion of our home. Communication is perhaps the most important key ingredient to a good builder and client relationship. We felt that Terra-View had become a big part of our family.
Throughout the selection and building process, we were kept informed, updated, and given the feeling that events were proceeding with our best interests in mind. Any questions or concerns we had were handled in an accurate and timely manner. It was very reassuring to call and talk to Terra-View staff who knew our project. When we were ready to buy a new home we searched long and hard for a home to suit our growing family. Not only did Terra View offer home plans that were well thought-out but visually attractive both inside and out. From double garages, second floor laundry rooms and large children's bedrooms, to soaker tubs in the master bath and pantries in the kitchen, Terra View had home plans that had everything on our wish list. This is our third new home and by far Terra View's fit and finish and customer service was the best – everyone we dealt with from start to finish was professional, knowledable and friendly.
