Every member of this team works closely with each purchaser to ensure that their home is custom built to their tastes and tailor made to meet their family’s needs. From blueprints to colour selections, the on-staff professionals in architectural and interior design are on hand to offer advice and walk each purchaser through customization of their new home.

Even the site staff take the time to perform “hard hat” tours of the homes with the purchasers at the pre-drywall stage.
