Choosing a Floorplan
All of our floorplans are viewable on our website. You can pick through our various elevation designs and floorplan layouts to choose the one that best fits your needs and taste in style.
Touring Our Model Home
We are allowing prospective homeowners the opportunity to book individual showings of the Model Home. Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided when you arrive for your safe, contactless and private self-guided tour. Before and after each showing that takes place our model home’s high touch points are sanitized.

Meeting with Our Sales Representatives
Our sales team is available via email, phone and video conferencing whether to answer questions, walk you through our green incentives, reserve your lot or work on needed paperwork to finalize a purchase agreement. We can also do a video call to do a tour through the model and showcase some of our finish and feature options.
Addressing Paperwork and Deposits
Through use of DocuSign, the legal documents needed to complete a sale can be completed from wherever you are and deposits can be taken through etransfer or money wire whichever is more convenient.
